Please read the following before booking:

1. 1.A deposit of £100 is required when booking is made and the balance payable 4 weeks before commencement of the rental.  Non payment of the balance on or before due date shall be deemed a cancellation.  For bookings made 6 weeks before the rental commences full payment is required at time of booking.
   

2. 2.In the event of cancellation we shall seek to re-let the property for the period of the booking and if successful all monies paid will be refunded.  If the property is re-let for part of the period of the original booking an amount equal to the part re-let will be refunded.  If we are unable to re-let the property all monies paid will be non refundable. 
   

3. 3.We strongly recommend that cancellation insurance should be purchased to cover and unforeseen circumstances. 
   

4. 4.In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the booking requirements all money will be refunded.
   

5. 5.Booking will be confirmed on receipt of deposit.
   

6. 6.No pets are allowed as sheep and lambs roam freely in Breakish.
   

7. 7.The property is strictly non-smoking.
   

8. 8.It is regrettable that the shoreline location of the property makes it unsuitable for disabled access.
